Casserly is a good example.
I'm not sure what Caymanas offers in terms of software development... seems to me it's more logistics and trade related. Software developers don't need that type of multi modal location.
California has Silicon Valley.... New York has Silicon Alley.....We need some "Silicon Lanes" within or close to our academic centers... Mona/Utech, NCU etc.... Where developers can get intellectual support close by.
This is not a factory type application needing mucho space, highways, ports and the like.

I thought his biggest problem was getting trainable people, who had attained the skills one should have from a basic secondary education. I know it was certainly one of his problems.
