schedule (because I can) :P to speak. When I come on this board and speak critically of UWI and CAST, it's not done to put them down but for them to reach hihger heights. I have said it it before: You cannot have tertiary insitutions in your country yet walking the globe asking for every concievable expertise man can think of. We have to hold our tertiary institutions to high standards (Look at a what India did with their institute of technology). I was pleased this morning when I saw this in the papers:
