    I wonder if our kin folks then: had the same poor attitudes on the tram cars--(pick-pockets, lack of courtesy...etc...etc...)--as it occurs now on busses and other means of public transportation.

              The colonial masters said it wasnt economical viable so they shut it down, so how do you see it as a viable economic investment?

                  downtown mi use to go school, downtown in the 80's cannot compare to 50's and certainly cannot compare to present, the 80's may have been your golden years but it certainly wasn't mine

                          On the grounds...or adjoining thhe grounds of the White Marl Primary School. Teachers, pupils and many having business there go 'every day'. ...wasn't particularly dangerous during school days. In fact, never saw or heard of one incident of danger on those grounds.

                            Boom Shot mi Lab Pardna!!! Excellent post...if not the post of the year so far! I printed the post, punched holes, put the pages into a folder and put the info in my book press right next to my other history on Jamaica such as (a) The Rise & Fall Of Falmouth, (b) The Jamaican Constitition and (c) The History of Jamaica.

                            I'm going to get some blank CDs tomorrow as I intend to copy the post to a CD and save it.
