    Have Jamaicans really consume less over the years with all the rise in prices? In economic term it should but our appetite for foriegn goods haven't changed one bit.

    Less Income tax could also mean more foriegn investment as well and more people getting jobs. you never know the statistics the government looking at and you can only hope it is a sensible decision.

      Well it has been reported that GCT revenue has decreased. Remember, there are some basic food items that don't attract GCT (unless that changed recently).

          I give them time to see if these policies net results if implemented. What I hated most with the PNP government is when policies failed and they insist that it didn't fail even with billions down the drain.

          When the next PNP government come in power I will give them time but when the PNP in power for 18years and Omar is finance minster for 12 I have no more patient or understanding time to step if them can't grow the economy.
