  • Serani Robbed at Gunpoint

The island of St Croix in the U.S Virgin Islands was the scene of a near-fatal robbery in which Alliance singer Serani and his road manager were the victims of a daring robbery at gunpoint.

876radio.com understands that the singer's management believes that all the signs point to them being set up by the promoter of the event.

Serani had just performed at the show following which they were mysteriously dropped outside the hotel and immediately surprised by two gunmen who escorted them upstairs to Serani's room, put them to lay face down on the ground and told Serani they were going to kill him.

They proceeded to rob him and his road manager of a substantial amount of cash and expensive jewellery before making their escape.

Efforts by our team to contact the promoter of the event were unsuccessful but we will keep you posted as the story develops.

Maybe after hearing the singing the promoter wanted a refund.

The Caribbean is a mess right now, nowhere is safe especially Jamaica. I just heard 25 people have been killed so far this year.
