TWENTY-ONE years ago when businessman Charles Swaby felt the urge to start a nature tour in St Elizabeth, using the Black River as a scenic backdrop, he had no idea for sure what he was getting into. Plus, there were the naysayers who tried to drive a wedge between the man and his vision. He wisely chose to follow his heart.
