LOCKED in a spirited discussion with a healthy mix of young men and old-timers on Christmas Eve, I turned just in time to see the dark blue SUV making its way towards the intersection. As the vehicle slowed, the 'M' and the Jamaican Coat of Arms announced that a government minister was on board. He was about 200 metres away from his constituency.
