Shock...happens all the time. Probably no licence.

This particular one (14 innocent people killed!!) certainly does not happen "all the time"! But I agree with you that the driver probably had no licence. There had to be something not right for him to run away like that!

As HL said, though, "Jamaica need to come to grips with the poor driving skills of some drivers." Nevertheless, I'm sure that nothing will be done, and so the vicious cycle of unnecessary vehicular accidents and road injuries and deaths will continue on and on....

..a long time man a buy licence BUt on this ocasion it seems that road conditions were a major cause. If yu see the precipice the truck went over? Back inth eday, there used to be stone walls....it didn't even have a galvanized barrier...
Expect more accidents this Christmas...people driving crazy.
