free education proposal, Andrew Holness indicated that the Ministry of Local Government would be dissolved. Now seeing what is happening in the various PCs, it seems as if that isn't a good idea. These entities do need some supervision.

BAD IDEA. Having worked with Local Government in the form of the local parish councils - it is a necessity!! Over the years the parish councils have seen a reduction in the goods and services they can provide & it is also the case with central government.
