A little over a year ago, 800,000 Jamaicans ignored my advice and that of the redoubtable Betty-Ann Blaine, and sought to correct what ails us at the polls. For the umpteenth time in 30 years, they were told that in order to be delivered from evil, what was required was a change of course. And for the umpteenth time, they succumbed to the hype only to discover soon that all they had changed was T-Shirt colour, not course.
