Barack Obama is currently giving a speech which was scheduled to start at 6 pm, a few minutes ago.
The speech is taking place at the Marcus Ampitheater, an outdoor concert venue located at the Summerfest grounds on Milwaukee's lakefront. The capacity is about 25,000. Earlier today, Milwaukee's organized labor unions held a rally/party/get-together called Labor Fest on the Summerfest grounds.
