...and let's say the matter of probability of him dying within the next 4 years is in some minds of overriding importance...taking into consideration what we have heard of his health...what are the odds of that happening? Something to worry about?

I am saying based on what I have heard thus far...the matter of McCain not being able to serve at "FULL 100" over the next 4 years is a joke! Let them back up the argument that there is some great risk of John McCain dying during the next 4 years. Let them show facts...supporting that?

Maybe...but, I would bet most of those calling for Roe vs Wade to be overturned would allow abortions under 'their certain conditions'? If Roe vs Wade is 'touched' look for 'riders' (Gamma what is the term...exempt provisions?) sub-sections of the new law allowing abortions under 'certain conditions'. For most persons it is not total ban on abortions.
