    Gamma, are defendants entitled to have their

    case files? The crooks have found a loophole in the justice system. They hire a good lawyer so they can get bail, then that lawyer is fired. The lawyer then give the case file to the defendant who now have the name and addresses of all the witnesses.

    How can the authorities stop this?

    the defendant is entitled to all that information anyway. in fact i assure you that before the lawyer is fired they have that information.

    the loophole is that once they fire the lawyer and are on bail....between the prosecutor not being ready and the defendant playing the system "i'm looking for a new lawyer"...it can be dragged on...
