The Appeal Court is on Friday to hand down a ruling in the case involving alleged Jamaican drug kingpin Norris "Deedo" Nembhard and five others who are facing extradition to the United States (US).
The Court reserved judgment in May.
Lawyers for the men have been trying to convince the Court to release them.
Nembhard who has been tagged a Drug Kingpin by US President George Bush and the five others were ordered extradited in 2005.
US prosecutors claimed they were major players in the international drug trade.
They were arrested in 2004 as part of an international drug crackdown.
However, in submissions before the High Court, the attorneys challenged the indictments submitted by US prosecutors.
Attorney K.D Knight argued that the US government did not procedures under the Extradition Treaty.
He said the evidence outlined in the indictments submitted by US prosecutors was not presented before a Grand Jury.
The other men awaiting extradition are Robroy "Spy" Williams, Glenroy Williams, Vivian Dalley, Police Corporal Herbert Henry and Colombian Miguel Arias.
