Demanded money
It is further alleged that the officers demanded money and in return they would ignore the offence. Additionally, the woman was taken to a secluded spot where she was forced to perform certain sexual favours on both officers before being released.
The couple subsequently reported the matter to the St Catherine South police station, popularly called the '100 Man station'.
When THE STAR contacted head of the Anti-Corruption Branch of the JCF, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Justin Felice, yesterday, the police officer said the matter had been brought to his attention but he could not divulge any specifics on the matter, as investigations were ongoing.

cops on the run
ACP Felice, however, said the two policemen, who were detained after being pointed out to their superiors, were on the run and were being sought.
"They disappeared from the police station," ACP Felice said. "They were at the station last night but when we went there to get them today they were gone.
"We are investigating the matter as a possible abduction, extortion, blackmail and serious sexual offence case." As to whether the male member of the couple at the centre of episode was a pastor, as was being rumoured, ACP Felice said he was unable to confirm that at the moment.
