The 30 who ruled on Florida, Michigan delegates

(CNN) -- A 30-member Democratic Party panel decided Saturday how to award Florida and Michigan delegates to presidential candidates Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.
Below is information about the members of the Democratic National Committee's Rules and Bylaws Committee, which decided what to do about Clinton's victories in the two states' primaries, both of which were unsanctioned because they were held too early for the party's liking.
Neither candidate campaigned in either state, and Obama wasn't on Michigan's ballot. Clinton -- who trails Obama in delegates and would benefit from validated victories in those two states -- wants all of Florida's and Michigan's delegates to have votes at the party convention.
Each panel member is a superdelegate unless noted. This list starts with the panel's co-chairs and then lists the rest of the members in alphabetical order.
