If all these MPS with US citizenship resign or are removed etc., should there be a bi-election or should the candidacy be declared null and void and the other person who ran (PNP or JLP) assume the seat???

First thing first - check your private message.

The judge in the Vaz case ordered a bi-election, but that decision is being contested by Abe Dabdoub. He wants the seat awarded to him. So I guess we shall be guided by Dabdoub's appeal.

Dabdoub is the only one who advertised before nomination.

He basically signalled a voided situation before the fact. Any other appeal is just and election pettition and bi-election is the most that can be awarded.
