was thanking a police officer for giving him a ticket for not wearing a seat belt. Apparently he was driving along then saw the "Flashing Lights" (as per Kanye). He was trying to put on his seat belt before the police could come to the car, but he wasn't successful. After getting a ticket for $25 he went on his way then as he reached an intersection another car ran into him, spinning his car around ... luckily he walked away with no injuries because he was wearing his seatbelt.
His wife has framed the ticket, called the officer to thank him. Then on GMA this morning, the police and the driver was on, with the driver telling him thanks.
Maybe its my sick mind, but as far as I'm concerned, if the police didn't stop him, he would have passed that intersection before the other vehicle reached. Him should be upset with the police for delaying him ...
