CAPE Exams cancelled in T&T

Some folks are calling for a re-write of certain subjects not only for T&T but for other islands as well. Seems that exams for Comunications, Phys, Chem and Bio were leaked and were being sold for $5000TT an exam ($6 TT =$1US).
