I stated before that Jamaica needs UB-40 leadership in order to make any form of progress.

The current local Jamaicans ('specially those in leadership) are just a bunch of loud-mouth...show-off set of intellectual midgets .

The entire jamaican government need to be replaced. Anything less will be much of the same.

Common-sense remedies to get the country back on track will be met with silly technicalities. You see, it will be more difficult to deal with dual citizenships--than expatriates (UB-40) managing for POSITIVE change.
