Dont believe the hype, distilled water is BETTER for you than "mineral" water. The body does not assimilate inorganic minerals like that found in ordinary water. The body incorporates minerals in AMINO-ACID chelated structures for meat and SOME plants. Hard to get from plants as the phytates form plants keep minerals tighly bound and will actually rob the body of minerals if taken in excess. Meat is the best source of minerals.
