"The statement issued on behalf of the Prime Minister indicating that the funds would be returned to Trafigura does not address the fundamental concerns we have in respect of why there is a contractual obligation on the part of Trafigura to the CCOC Association (sic)," she told The Gleaner yesterday.

"We believe that more important issues will have to be addressed and unless we see the original contract that committed Trafigura to send this money to CCOC, we are no closer to the truth," she said.
