Most of them do them things when they are off duty, how can you stop that? your scenerio is so simply.
Imagine the police are acting with other players such as the wrecker drivers, the dons, the drugs man etc. They only need to give a signal, they can be on duty in the right place but have their thing well set up. Off duty you can't stop or monitor their movement unless you doing it to everybody else.- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.
