At this Governor's press conferences this wife seems in a bit of 'wonderment'. The way she looks at the husband intently gives me the impression that she is looking at him and asking, who the hell is this guy? A sort of - Who are you? ...I don't know you look?

I guess it could be called a 'crazed look'?
Anyway, what the hell do I know?
