Causeway to Port Royal

Can anyone say where is the starting point, andt the route of this causeway?

Will it go down into a tunnel so that the ships can pass over, I hope those "Dynamite Fishermen" know when I am passing.

Heard about a Toll Bridge.. starting from near end of South Camp Road to about where the Go-Kart track is....
