    bout witch hunt?

Just heard a lady on the radio. Her husband borrowed $10 million, they repaid $52 million and they're still being told that they still owe $80 million.

What the fock? Not even the Mafia was that brazen. Yet Peter Phillips a talk bout witch hunt? Pity some jokers cannot be objective when it comes to certain things.

Yet there are those that see Court Jester Omar as some big thing. Talk bout one fool leading many.

I recall. As a matter of fact, David Wong Ken spoke about that overdraft thing this morning.

Is this a bad case of mathematics - what is the interest rate on that loan - must be about 1000%. Mi wouldn't pay them one more red cent. How can you borrow $10M, repay $52M and still owe $80M.

Well, with a finance minister like Omar .. what yuh expect? Don't pay it nuh? The woman made us aware that they auctioned her house yesterday even though some papers were filed to prevent the auction and she recieved a letter this morning that they have 7 days to move out.

I'm also finding out that after people's assets were seized by the gestapo they were sold to friends of the party for 30 cents on the $1.

With our high interest rate...I think even you can see that if a loan is not being serviced as per contract terms in short order the amount owed can sky rocket.

Damn even in the US housing market some homeowners are finding out that amounts owed ballon to tremendous size when the loans are not serviced. ...and you should remember that relatively speaking the US interest rates on mortgage loans are very, very low!!!!

Any Court Jester can mouth 'tiefin rate' without even a glance at the loan docs.

Haven't read it all...but three things jump out at me - i) A recollection that this bank was one of those financial institutions which disappointed its clients and had to be taken under the wing of the FINSAC (or whatever it was called?)...ii) The banks relationship with its client - Mr. Sinclair and the various companies he formed - appeared to be one of "host" and "parasite", iii) the entire relationship between the apparantly naive Mr. Sinclair appeared to be Mr. Crawford & his bank perpetuating of 'a con' on Mr. Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair's trusting nature and his driving ambition was used to get him into a dire financial situation of which he became aware after he was drowning in it.

There were those killing Omar...but nary a word on the bankers????
