I did in college. In one class, the professor took a sample size from the class and asked them a question. The question was then directed to the class and to my astonishment the people within the sample that responded yes, was the exact %age to the entire class that responded yes. I doubt I will ever forget that demonstration on polling.
Where am I going with this? There was a poll that was done in Jamaica that pointed out that only 1% of the people polled saw corruption as a problem. My good friend Siccko saw this new scandal as much ado about nothing. As I listened to Ronnie Thwaites this morning, all the callers condemned the bank, the employee at the bank, the JLP, Deacon Thwaites and the Minister of Anti Justice kept singingabout campaign financing.
Only one caller asked what about what the Dutch company would get in return for this donation? He went further and asked the 'good' deacon if he had a company and it was being managed like how the country was being managed if he would be pleased. The deacon stuttered and said, "Thats not something that I can answer!" Its sad! When are we going to start operating like the real world?
