How did firearm on exhibit end up in hands of another accused?

    Thursday, February 07, 2008

THE Bureau of Special Investigation (BSI) has begun a probe into the circumstances under which an illegal firearm that was an exhibit in an ongoing case in the gun court ended up in the hands of another man.
The gun in question was supposed to have been in the safekeeping of the Hunts Bay police when it was allegedly taken from Kingston resident Richard Hutchinson last year. Hutchinson is now facing gun and ammunition charges.
However, it was recently discovered that the gun was the same weapon which was previously taken from another man accused by cops from the Hunts Bay Police Station, after the serial number was run through the police's database, the High Court Division of the Gun Court was told Monday.
In the meantime, Hutchinson, who appeared in court Monday, had his case set for matter on March 25.

Cut a deal with Hutchinson and follow the movement of the gun!

i quite enjoyed that movie...for it's entertainment value of course!

            I did too.
Considering the news headline, it has proven to have more than an entertainment value.
One thing for sure, detective Tupac and his partner have no business being police officers, and better yet, free men.
Things are that bad regarding our police force.
