The third of the Dryden brothers who was on the police most wanted list is now in custody.
It is reported that Linton Dryden turned himself in to the police last week.
He is now being interrogated by the police.
Linton Dryden is being represented by attorney-at-law Peter Champagnie.
In November last year the JCF offered a million dollar reward for information leading to his capture.
He was being sought along with his brothers on suspicion of being involved in several murders in St. Catherine.
Just this week, the residents of Old Harbour Bay padlocked the gates to the cemetery in the community preventing the burial of Dryden's brothers, 34-year-old Wayne and 32-year-old Deon also called 'Long Head'.
The residents declared they did not want the men, who were on the police most wanted list, to find a final resting place in their community.
The bullet-riddled bodies of the brothers, were found near the Oakglades Housing Scheme on Spanish Town Road on December 9.
Their father, 54-year-old Egbert Dryden, was shot dead in his yard earlier this month.
