    The fact is the PNP controls the Portmore municipality. It should operate no different than the other councils. If the JLP wants to start some unity ball a-rolling, they have 11 other councils with which to set their high-fallutin' example.

                there is a station called nationwide radio. Tune in during the mornings and at 5 in the evenings. You may get rid of the misinformation that yuh hanging onto ... no .. wait ... were you the one that said the figures may well be true?
