beach is not yours it's for the public. Please advice
your lady friend to use the indoor pool (overlooking the beach that is).

A properly run beach needs lifeguards, need to be kept clean etc. So what if a small fee is charged?

Okay a small fee, but all
beaches are public domain for Jakan citizens. How's that?
