Alleged klansman leader gets bail Friday, 28 December 2007 Alleged leader of the Spanish-town based Klansman Gang, Tesha Miller, is back on the streets after he was granted bail Friday.
His release comes two days after he was arrested for breaching a curfew order.
Magistrate Georgiana Fraser offered him bail, after his attorney Everton Bird, urged her not to revoke it.
Mr. Bird said his client made a terrible mistake when he breached the curfew order, a condition of his earlier release on bail and promised that his client will stick to the conditions of the bail bond in future.
Miller was arrested on Wednesday when he attended the popular STING stage show in Portmore, St. Catherine.
The police say he breached his curfew order when he was caught on the streets after six pm.
The court had stipulated that he could only be on the streets between six a.m. and six p.m.
Miller was out on bail on murder and gun-related charges.
He is to answer charges relating to the shooting deaths of three people in a house in Braeton, St Catherine almost three years ago.
Those killed were Oraine Jackson, Nicole Allen and Jeffery Johnson.
Miller absconded bail last year and fled to the United States.
He was deported earlier this year and later charged for the triple murder
