to unbelievable levels, there is that period where we are less worried, it is when we get to appoint a new police commissioner. Unfortunately that Euphoria at some point vanishes, based on history. We have had a few of them, haven't we?
The more things change is the more they remain the same.
I believe there will be no mistaking the chosen one.
