PAC for Clarendon Parish Council 
Wednesday, 19 December 2007 The Clarendon Parish Council will be setting up a model Public Accounts Committee, (PAC), similar to the one which operates in Parliament.
Mayor of May Pen Milton Brown says the committee will be up and running in the first quarter of next year.
He says the Council needs to be transparent in its operations.
The Mayor added that the PAC of parliament has kept the government, opposition and public officials in check as it relates to budget expenditure and he expects the same results within the Council.
