There has been a dramatic twist in controversy surrounding the Public Services Commission (PSC).
The Supreme Court on Tuesday, issued an order barring Prime Minister Bruce Golding from naming replacements for the recently dismissed members of the PSC.
Supreme Court Judge Mr. Donald McIntosh set the matter to be heard next Friday, December 28.
According to the judge, Opposition Leader Portia Simpson-Miller, should ensure that papers are served on Mr. Golding by Thursday December 20.
The Opposition Leader and her legal representatives have been barred from any public discussion of the case.
