Third straight Cornwall man is MoBay Mayor

Charles Sinclair who left Cornwall and finished Sixth Form at Wolmers Boys is the new Mayor of Montego Bay becoming the second straight second generation mayor after Noel Donaldson.

Donaldson had succeeded Hugh Solomon- all three men went to Cornwall College

I hope Sinclair does better than Donaldson however as he was an abysmal failure
