cannot prosecute anyone in Jamaica regarding Trafigura, because if they do, they will have to disclose where they got the information from and the bank and the bank's employee would then be prosecuted.

Sound like him saying there is something to prosecute.

These people are out of this world, but then .. when they have so many idiots cheering them on ... what else would they do?
