A daring break-in at the home of Sherine Golding, daughter of Prime Minister Bruce Golding, was among several robberies reported by the police yesterday.
The police reported that the thieves broke into and entered premises occupied by Golding and her spouse at Surbiton Road in St Andrew and made off with a licensed Glock pistol, registered DPG546, a magazine with five live rounds, a Dell laptop computer, cellular phones and other valuables.
It was not clear if Golding and her spouse were at home at the time of the incident, which the police said happened between 12:30 and 7:00 am yesterday.
