Phillip Paulwell made it clear, "I am a risk taker and when you are a risk taker, you are going to have these things," Paulwell says, referring to the number of controversies that emerged under his ministerial watch.

Him can brag bout being a risk taker .... afterall, is taxpayer money him a play black jack wid. Then to top it off, him claim, Jamaica is better off for his services.
