    These Cuban light bulbs

    were not even made in Cuba, well not the ones I got anyways.

    The boxes on the ones I got said they were 'Hecho en Vietnam', wha dat mean?

    Not only yours, none of them was made in Cuba.

      made in vietnam...but it's written spanish so that must accont for something...what a thing. labour in vietnam cheaper than in cuba!
