I was wondering how long before the take apart the old Spanish Town bridge, you know, the one they say is the oldest cast iron bridge in the western hemisphere.

It is the pedestrian one. It truly is the 2nd of its kind in the world and the oldest is in Bath, UK and the people there have twinned the bridge. They even sent money for repairs. I was involved peripherally at the time.

Yuh done know that most of the bricks in "finer" Kingston homes are stolen property from Spanish Town. If mi did have the power, I would do forced inspections, removals AND fines. Mi dun talk.
