RJR News has received reports that Executive Director of the National Solid Waste Management Authority, Christopher Powell, has been sent on leave.
Mr. Powell is scheduled to return on November 5.
It is understood that at that time he will be reassigned to the Reform Unit in the Ministry of Local Government Ministry.
We will have more on this development in subsequent postings.
