Suh the new fuss is the appointment of

the new Chairman of the JTB. There is this cry of conflict of interest with the appointment of Mr. Lynch. Well the president of the JHTA pointed out that the position isn't a paid one so its easier for Mr. Lynch to turn down the appointment and keep his job. On the other hand, Dr. McNeil admitted that with Mr. Lynch's experience in marketing he would be ideal.

Suh what ... Mr. Lynch should quit his paying job to run the JTB for free? What the fock?

I too was surprised, but what am I to do? Assume the man is lying? I leave that to Mosiah. I'm not in a position to contradict that view. Dennis Morrison was the Chairman for years, how many other paid position did he have with the gov't?

Dennis Morrison had so many roles, he was like "Jack of all trade .. master of none."

He was Chief Technical Director in the Ministry of Information and Development, Chairman of the Airports Authority of Jamaica, he was Chairman of the JTB ..... I've seen his name for other boards.

If he is being paid for the other roles, he'd have no problem chairing the JTB for free.
