Other onlookers said the man lay on the ground for about half an hour before he was taken to hospital.
"We never know what to do and we never want to hold him bad and make him injury worse so we wait a little until some man couldn't take see him on the ground and put him in a vehicle and speed off," a man who gave his name as Charles Williams said.
This was in the heart of the corporate area... not some back bush...
