STGC resuming on an overnight 146 for 3, batted cautiously for the first hour adding 39 runs. We lost a wicket in the last over before the drinks break with Vauyani Bailey making 40. We then lost another after the break with Romero Buddo being dismissed for 52 which left us at 185 for 5... In stepped Joel Ewan who batted with maturity and was selective in accumulating his runs. We were then reduced to 195 for 7... But Ewan played a master class of an innings batting with the lower order which i think deserves a lot of praise as they were able to stay with Ewan and help the team to achieve first innings points. Wanting just four runs to gain first innings points with one wicket remaining Ewan hit the ball over the square leg fence for 6. We were able to add another 28 runs and were eventually dismissed for 260 with Joel Ewan finishing on 59 not out. Campion at there second turn at bat decided to bat out the day but on a small field and with runs easy to come by they managed to reach 194 for 6 with for national under 15 representative Dominic Samuels hitting the ball to all parts of the ground and eventually got his second century in the game being not out for 135 when Campion decided to declare and with only an hour and 20 minutes left in the day and being set a target of 165, It was just a matter to bat out the rest of the day. So scores in the match Campion 230 & 194 for declared, STGC 260 & 21 for 1

Campion Bowling wasn't pentrative in the first innings. The Campion centurion was impressive ...

Interestingly both teams relied heavily on spin. Campion had a nifty likkle fast bowler quickish and good action. George's have 2 good openers
