Note, I'm all for high school football and sports to be taken seriously, not to the point where Karl wants to take it, however, but does a high school really need a head coach and a TD? Who pays their salaries? Yes, Hydel is a private school, but do we have our priorities a little warped here?

Having a coach would be for the team for the season but a TD would co-ordinate development, the other teams and budgeting etc. If them have the money then them can do it.

What if the TD coaches the senior team and the coach coaches the junior teams.

What if it was a message to the coach that it is time to leave because Maxwell want back his job?
