There is no mention there of other athletes though. So the 5 members on the track team argument does not drop in.

Time says the PIAA document contained the following: ...the PIAA determined that both athletes received benefits from their athletics skills and performances which are*not available to students of their high schools.

So I'm saying the PIAA did not say only athletes should receive those benefits. It appears ALL students should be eligible for said benefits.

So this argument about Ohara attending a small school where the other 4 athletes could conceivably benefit...it's moot from where I sit.

          it is kinda skewed too.

6th form is the equivalent of community/junior college no?

            Roughly speaking , yes.

A final year Class 1 athlete is older than a senior in a US high school.

              hmmmm .....

more than the age thing though, at the end of 6th form, they would have subjects which are the equivalent of college credits towards a degree. I was thinking of it in that practical sense.

also, 5th form graduation ... what are you graduating from?

Good one Mosiah, however the PIAA mentioned 'from their athletics skills and performances' therefore it is the other athletes that the PIAA is concerned about. The PIAA would not care if Puma gives gears to the track team that is not available to the chess club.
