all-island championships were played yesterday, I believe.

I understand Cornwall beat Wolmer's 7-0 in the U16 and Seaforth beat Wolmer's in the U14.

This is a big surprised to me because I do believe town football has left rural behind in the dust. This would be some good news for me, a former Galloway Cup-winning captain .

Earlier this year I saw the Madrid Academy. Is it in operation?

As I told you that more rural kids are playing at a younger age now. Even in St.Mary and Portland I saw under 14 been played seriously, something I never saw before. It was only school game that was played in these areas.

With Digicel grassroot in a few years things might get even better.
