The Calabar track team did not mke it to Penn Relay because they missed the visa window. A field events team was present. The story as I heard it is that the embassy sent a letter to the school but the school did not receive the letter. Calabar has been going to Penns for ages, at what point should the coach or manager realized that they dont have an interview date?
