JC to honour Coach Henry
Winning triple crown school boy football coach Alfred "Freddy" Henry will be honoured by the Organizing Committee of the Wata Jamaica College (JC) Tack and Field Meet set for January 8.
Henry, who first worked as an assistant coach with JC from 1985 to 1989, has secured two ISSA Manning Cup titles, two Walker Cup trophies and two the Olivier Shields, since rejoining the dark blues in 2005.
"It's really humbling and I'm indeed honoured to be rewarded for the service that I've given this noble institution. I will accept it gracefully and say thanks to the people," Henry told RJR Sports.
